overall experience was really nice. the apartment was clean and had location very close to restaurants, the centre of tam coc and the lake. it was excellent in a fairytale garden. got private bathroom with a bidet.

Clean, new place just next door to the boats and Tam Coc and the bus station. There were brand-new and neat rooms with a bar fridge big bonus in the warmer climate. They offered us variety of options for breakfast, it was delicious. Warm welcome from owner. Close to Thao Beo Restaurant Bar, just 10 minutes walk.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming homestay by the lake. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the center and right by the Tam Coc lake. the surroundings were like something out of a fairytale, with a beautiful garden. the room was spacious and spotless, with all the necessary facilities like a fridge and kettle. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and was delicious. a fantastic experience.

That the staff's English skills were limited.

We greatly enjoyed that it had particularly good and perfect location on everything from motorbike hire to home cooked meals. Above all, it was located near to restaurants shops and bars, the eateries in Tam Coc and Ninh Binh train station.

This place has a fantastic location near the harbor, restaurants, and shops, and the garden is really pleasant. The breakfast they offer is absolutely delicious and they even provide free green tea. Plus, the balcony has a great view of the garden.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming homestay near Tam Coc, where the owners were great too ensure my comfort. The rooms were new, spotlessly clean, and very cozy. The location was perfect, with Tam Coc being a better choice than Ninh Binh. The family restaurant they managed was also fantastic. I highly recommend this place and hope to stay there again in the future. I had a fantastic experience and would recommend this homestay.

The owners were kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist me when I got lost. The room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the garden provided a relaxing atmosphere. I was even given a free bicycle to explore the area. I highly recommend this homestay for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
